The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. We are grateful to the hotel for accommodating our gluten-free requirements and providing separate gluten-free products. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. Furthermore, the hotel features a restaurant and a bar, which added to our overall enjoyment. The staff in both the restaurant and the bar are attentive and provide excellent service. They are knowledgeable about the menu and beverages, and they are happy to recommend options that suit your preferences. The hotel staff was also very helpful in providing information and assistance with getting to popular destinations such as Fira, Kamari, and Oia. There is a bus stop conveniently located near the hotel, and the reception staff will gladly provide you with the bus schedules upon request. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning sunsets that we were able to enjoy from the terrace of our room. The hotel grounds were beautiful, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. We were thoroughly impressed and grateful to the hotel staff for their outstanding service. Thank you once again to the hotel and its staff for providing us with a wonderful stay.
